Yes, we understand that pilgrimage is a significant investment. We allow you to secure your spot with a strictly non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance can be paid in installments, with the final payment due 30-45 days prior to departure.
The rules have become much easier. US Citizens (and Green Card holders) can now often perform Umrah using a Tourist e-Visa, which is valid for one year and multiple entries. We handle this entire application process for you as part of your package, ensuring you have the correct documentation before you fly.
Under current Saudi regulations, women over the age of 45 are generally permitted to travel for Umrah without a Mahram if traveling with an organized group. We strive to be as flexible as possible, but airline and hotel policies dictate many of our terms. generally:
90+ Days before travel: Full refund minus the non-refundable deposit/admin fee.
45-89 Days before travel: 50-75% refund of the package cost (excluding visa/ticket fees already paid).
Less than 45 Days: Packages are typically non-refundable due to prepaid hotel and flight commitments.
Note: Visa fees are always non-refundable once processed.
